Affordable and in a great location, the Miro building is located in the trendy Yaletown district and within easy walking distance to the centre of the downtown core. The shopping of Robson Street and Pacific Centre mall are a very short 5 minute walk north of the apartment. GM Place, BC Place Stadium and the Vancouver Public Library are an easy 10-15 minute walk away. The closest grocery store is Nester's, which is located just outside the apartment.

Extra Information
This apartment is professionally cleaned after each tenancy. Pets are NOT allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited. Parking is an additional $5 per night or $75 per month.

Extra Occupants - Prices are based on double occupancy - 2 persons. A single fold out bed can be provided for an additional $10 per night, $50 per week, or $100 per month.

Deposit, Taxes and Fees
Taxes of 5% (GST) are not included in the above rates. Stays of 30 nights or longer are exempt from tax.

A $500 deposit is required at the time of reservation. Deposits will be refunded upon check-out pending there is no damage to the property. Final payment is due in full at least 1 month prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

•	A CAD$75 administration fee will be deducted from deposit for any cancellations 30 days prior to date of arrival.
•	Cancellations within 30 days prior to date of arrival will result in the full loss of deposit. (Final payment is due in full at least 30 days prior to date of arrival).
•	Cancellations within 14 days prior to date of arrival are not permitted and will result in the loss of final payment (deposit only will be refunded, less the CAD$75 administration fee).
•	Early departures will not be refunded.
•	Cancellation and interruption insurance is available.
