This apartment is profesionally cleaned after each tenancy. Pets are NOT allowed. Parking is an additional $5 per day or $75 per month.

Deposit, Taxes and Fees
Taxes of 5% (GST) are not included in the above rates. Stays of 1 month or longer are excempt from tax.
A $500 deposit is required at the time of reservation. Deposits will be refunded upon check-out pending there is no damage to the property. Final payment is due in full at least 1 month prior to arrival.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
No penalty for cancellations outside of 30 days. Cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival will result in the loss of the deposit. Cancellations within 14 days are not permitted and will result in the loss of full payment. Early departures will not be refunded. Cancellation and interruption insurance is available.
