Safeway and IGA supermarkets are about a 8 minute walk from the apartment and a London Drugs pharmacy is located just around the corner. Situated on the edge of the financial center, all the major office buildings are within easy walking distance of the apartment as is the Burrard Skytrain Station. Stanley Park and Coal Harbour are located just a short 5-10 minute walk northwest of the apartment.

Extra Information
This apartment is profesionally cleaned after each tenancy. Pets are NOT allowed. Parking is an additional $5 per day or $75 per month.

Extra Occupants - Prices are based on double occupancy. $10 per day, $50 per week, $100 per month for each extra person.

Deposit, Taxes and Fees
Taxes of 5% (GST) are not included in the above rates. Stays of 1 month or longer are excempt from tax.

A $500 deposit is required at the time of reservation. Deposits will be refunded upon check-out pending there is no damage to the property. Final payment is due in full at least 1 month prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy:
A CAD$75 administration fee will be deducted from deposit for any cancellations 30 days prior to date of arrival.
Cancellations within 30 days prior to date of arrival will result in the full loss of deposit.
(Final payment is due in full at least 30 days prior to date of arrival).
Cancellations within 14 days prior to date of arrival are not permitted and will result in the loss of final payment (deposit only will be refunded, less the CAD$75 administration fee).
Early departures will not be refunded.
Cancellation and interruption insurance is available.
