Reservation Terms
Taxes of 6% (GST) are not included in rental rates. Stays 1 month or longer are excempt from tax. Security deposit is required at time of reservation. Final payment is due in full at least 1 month prior to arrival. If reservation is made within 1 month prior to arrival, security deposit and final payment will be required.
Extra Occupants
Studios and 1-Bedroom prices are based on 2 occupants.
2-Bedroom prices are based on 4 occupants.
Extra $10 per day, $50 per week, $100 per month for each extra person.
Security Deposit
A security deposit is required at the time of reservation for all apartments. Secuiryt deposits will be refunded back to the customer upon check-out pending there is no damage to the property. Security deposits range from $500 to $800 and vary as per each apartment.
Payments
Payments can be made by credit card, cheque, cash, bank draft, bank transfer or paypal. Reservations are not guaranteed until full payment has been received and cleared.
Cancellation
No penalty for cancellations outside of 30 days. Cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival will result in the loss of the deposit. Cancellations within 14 days will result in the loss of full payment. Early departures will not be refunded. Cancellation and interruption insurance is available.
Extended Stays
For reservations longer then 1 month, monthly payments can be arranged.
